Mission Statement: To enhance the growth of Trumbull businesses via the facilitation of local and regional business partnerships designed to create opportunities for business growth.
The goal of Bridgeport Regional Business Council (BRBC) Chamber of Commerce Affiliates is to advance the BRBC mission to grow the regional economy by offering targeted legislative, networking and business development events to the community of businesses we serve.
As the oldest business membership association in the Town of Trumbull and an affiliate of the 600 member Bridgeport Regional Business Council (BRBC), the Trumbull Chamber of Commerce (TCC) is proud of its past accomplishments and enthusiastic about the future.
The Trumbull Chamber of Commerce works to meet the needs of local businesses while advocating for regional growth and cooperation. The TCC accomplishes its mission via the planning and management of a range of local networking, economic development, legislative, and community events. Support of the Trumbull business community in a climate which encourages growth and development remains an important goal each year.
Key programs and initiatives include the Trumbull Chamber’s monthly Board Meetings with Economic Devlopment & Town updates, an Annual First Selectman’s Address to the Business Community, Business After Hours Networking, and participation as a partner in the Town of Trumbull’s Annual Pumpkin Run. Through a grant program funded by a portion of the Pumpkin Run proceeds, TCC offers grants to Trumbull High School students and works to strengthen the relationship between students and the business community via engagement with Junior Achievement and the Business Education Initiative.
The Trumbull Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting local businesses and to playing a leadership role in maintaining both a vibrant and dynamic business climate along with a high quality of life for all of Trumbull’s residents.
