One Investment. Three Programs. A Region of Impact.
When you sponsor the Leadership and Development Network, you activate the full network. Your support reaches Leadership Greater Bridgeport, the Women's Leadership Network, and Thrive. You invest in a single pipeline that develops leaders at every career stage, from college students to senior executives.
Your investment supports:

The LDN is housed within the BRBC, the regional chamber of commerce. Your sponsorship sits inside a larger network of business relationships, civic engagement, and economic development across Bridgeport, Stratford, Trumbull, Easton, and Monroe.
You are not funding a standalone program. You are investing in the infrastructure of the regional economy.

This tier is your opportunity to invest in the program that invested in you. Alumni Partners choose how their support shows up.
Option 1: Program Day Support
Align your contribution with a specific session topic you care about. Healthcare, education, public safety, economic development, arts and culture, or criminal justice. Your name is recognized in the materials for that session day each year of your commitment.
Option 2: Scholarship Support
Direct your contribution toward the LDN scholarship fund, helping deserving professionals participate in LGB or WLN who might not otherwise have access. Scholarship supporters are recognized collectively as the Alumni Scholarship Circle on program materials and the LDN website.
