Sponsor the Leadership and Development Network

One Investment. Three Programs. A Region of Impact.

When you sponsor the Leadership and Development Network, you activate the full network. Your support reaches Leadership Greater Bridgeport, the Women's Leadership Network, and Thrive. You invest in a single pipeline that develops leaders at every career stage, from college students to senior executives.

What Your Sponsorship Builds

Your investment supports:

  • A 37 year regional leadership pipeline now positioned for expansion
  • University partnerships that develop the next generation of professionals
  • Workforce retention that keeps talent in Connecticut
  • Civically conscious leaders who reflect the communities they serve
  • A continuous pipeline from college students to seasoned executives

Why Sponsor Through the Chamber

The LDN is housed within the BRBC, the regional chamber of commerce. Your sponsorship sits inside a larger network of business relationships, civic engagement, and economic development across Bridgeport, Stratford, Trumbull, Easton, and Monroe.

You are not funding a standalone program. You are investing in the infrastructure of the regional economy.
