Membership Committee:

Purpose: Guide membership acquisition, retention, and satisfaction strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Advising on recruitment campaigns
  • Analyzing retention trends
  • Evaluating new member services and outreach tactics

Government Relations Committee

Purpose: Advocate for pro-business public policy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring legislative developments
  • Hosting forums and advocacy events
  • Contributing to BRBC’s policy positions

Leadership & Development Committee

Purpose: Champion professional and leadership growth.


Responsibilities include:

  • Planning workshops and succession initiatives

Marketing Committee

Purpose: Direct BRBC’s branding and promotional efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating marketing content and campaign themes
  • Supporting event and benefit promotion
  • Enhancing digital engagement tools and consistency

Economic Development Committee

Purpose: Support business investment and regional economic vitality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing economic trends
  • Collaborating with municipalities
  • Shaping strategies to attract and retain business

Engage & Grow Committee

Purpose: Lead the planning and execution of the BRBC Engage & Grow Expo.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing event logistics and outreach
  • Securing sponsors and vendors
  • Driving attendance and post-event feedback
