The mission of the Women's Leadership Council is to utilize and develop the abilities of women in order to enhance the economic vitality and management of business and other organizations in the Greater Bridgeport region. Business and professional women whose companies or organization are members in good standing of The Bridgeport Regional Business Council and who are committed to the goals of the Women's Leadership Council are invited to participate in this Business Council affiliate. Among the functions of the Women's Leadership Council is the creation of a pool of candidates to be available to corporations, boards and commissions within Greater Bridgeport by providing networking and professional development events throughout the year.
